Shipping destinations

Volunah LLC, operating as Volunah, currently ships within the United States only. Available shipping options for your address are shown at checkout. Please review the processing and transit times below before ordering.

Order processing

Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be processed and handed to the shipping carrier. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.

Processing time is separate from shipping transit time. Express shipping does not shorten the processing period.

If a different processing timeframe applies to a particular product, it will be disclosed before purchase.

Shipping options and costs

All shipping prices are in U.S. dollars. Shipping charges apply regardless of order value. Your available shipping methods and final shipping charge are displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. Promotional discounts apply to eligible merchandise only and do not reduce shipping charges unless expressly stated in the offer.

Transit times begin after we hand your order to the carrier. Your total delivery time includes both processing and transit. With our usual 3–5-business-day processing period, estimated total delivery time is approximately 6–10 business days for standard shipping or 4–7 business days for express shipping.

These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Any different processing timeframe disclosed for your product applies instead. Express shipping does not shorten order processing.

Order tracking

Once your order ships, we will email you a shipping confirmation with tracking information. Tracking may take time to update after the carrier receives your package.

Shipping delays

Carrier disruptions, severe weather, holidays, and other events may affect delivery estimates.

If we cannot ship your order within the stated processing timeframe, we will notify you with an updated estimate and provide any required option to agree to the delay or cancel for a prompt refund.

Address changes

Please check your shipping address before placing your order. If you need to make a correction, email hello@volunah.com as soon as possible with your order number.

We will try to accommodate changes before shipment, but cannot guarantee that an order can be updated or redirected once fulfillment has begun.

If an order is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange next steps. Any additional reshipping charge will be disclosed for your agreement before the order is sent again.

Missing or damaged packages

If your package arrives damaged, appears to be lost, or is marked delivered but has not arrived, contact hello@volunah.com promptly with your order number and a description of the issue.

Please retain damaged items and packaging, and provide photographs if available. We will review the issue, work with the carrier as appropriate, and arrange a replacement or refund when warranted by the circumstances and applicable law.

A delivery scan alone does not automatically disqualify a missing-package claim.

Returns and shipping charges

Customers pay return shipping for standard returns, including changes of mind or sizing preferences. Original shipping charges are not refunded for those returns. Volunah covers necessary return shipping for incorrect items or items that arrive damaged or defective. See our Refund Policy for eligibility, instructions, and refund timing. These standard return rules do not limit remedies required by applicable law.
